The participation of national representatives, namely azorean representatives, in the Geothermal Conference held in March 2013 in Reykjavik, Iceland, was of great importance to the strengthening of bilateral relations under the EEA Grants 2009-2014 and contributed to its success as well as to the success of the Renewable energy programme in the Azores.

The representative of SOGEO, Mr. Carlos Bicudo, made a presentation regarding the geothermal activities in Azores during the IGC 2013 – Session B4 – Geothermal Programmes under EEA Grants and Cooperation within Europe. (see the photo gallery).
